Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience during lunch and dinner service.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting, to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and hospitality excellence.
  • Drive business growth by implementing local marketing strategies, community engagement initiatives, and guest loyalty programs.
  • Optimize operations through menu pricing, labor management, and cost control to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience through hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and a relentless focus on quality and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with ownership to implement new ideas, special promotions, and innovative ways to elevate the brand and increase sales.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven General Manager experience in an upscale casual, full-service restaurant doing at lest $5M in sales.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, forecasting, and proforma budgeting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing, business growth, and guest engagement.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-first mentality.
  • Strong understanding of labor management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
  • Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required.
